Refund & Return Policy – Saffron Sales House
At Kumkum Saffron by Saffron Sales House, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that our saffron is of the highest quality and packed with care.
Returns
Due to the nature of saffron (a perishable and consumable product), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases where:
The product is damaged in transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or bank account).
Replacement
In eligible cases, we may also offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Shipping costs for replacement (if applicable) will be borne by us.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement:

Our support team will verify the details and guide you through the process.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened saffron jars/packs.
Products purchased during special discounts/offers (unless damaged).
