Refund & Return Policy – Saffron Sales House

At Kumkum Saffron by Saffron Sales House, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that our saffron is of the highest quality and packed with care.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of saffron (a perishable and consumable product), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where:

    • The product is damaged in transit.

    • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or bank account).

Replacement

  • In eligible cases, we may also offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Shipping costs for replacement (if applicable) will be borne by us.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at saffronguide@gmail.com with your order ID, pictures of the product, and reason for return/refund.

  2. Our support team will verify the details and guide you through the process.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened saffron jars/packs.

  • Products purchased during special discounts/offers (unless damaged).
